In your first point you should refer to LY as a "phytoplasma",
In the second point you might add words to the effect that "although
in situ PCR detection of phytoplasma DNA in embryos from coconut palms
with lethal yellowing disease was reported 4 years ago, no LY infected
seedlings have ever been obtained, even by tissue culture". Nor has
any evidence ever been found for seednut transmission of LY naturally
germinated in a plantation, seed garden or a field nursery.
